Only paid orders are processed. To pay, you need to click on the "Checkout" button in the cart page, then you will be redirected to the payment page.
After paying for the order, you will receive a email confirming that we have received your order and it is being processed. No telephone confirmation is required.
If you have not received an email:
- Sometimes letters end up in the "spam" folder. Please mark the email as “not spam”.
- There might be a mistake in your email address when placing your order. Contact us to change your email. mail.
To clarify the details of your order, just answer the letter you received.
If you have chosen the delivery method "Parcel" or "EMS" and paid for the order, then you will immediately receive a email with a tracking numberof parcel. After we release your order for delivery, you will receive an additional notification.
